Our China Facilities

NMC Shanghai, Ltd. offers a choice of two facilities in Shanghai, China. One located in an Export Processing Zone gives customers the benefit of lower production costs without higher China export costs. The second facility is set up for China domestic manufacturing customers and trading in the local currency.

All facilities offer our unique Hetero-Cavity®System and National Molding's high quality standards. We only use top of the line equipment for developing our plastic moldings and plastic molds.

Mold-Building Capabilities

Our Shanghai mold making facility features some of the highest quality tool building equipment available. This facility builds molds for all National Molding operations and for selected customers' internal molding operations. Our low cost tooling allows National Molding to manufacture plastic molds covering everything from plastic injection molding to low cost resin molding affordably at the highest level.

Injection-Molding Capabilities

Our Shanghai facilities feature a range of machine sizes from 50 to 320 tons manufactured by Demag, Haitian, Sumitomo and Nissei. Our plastic molds are as versatile as our plastic injection moldings. Our injection molding process provides quick and efficient changes for any of our plastic injection mouldings.
