The proprietary Hetero Cavity® process uniquely combines craftsmanship, innovation and technology.

First the proprietary software and hardware elements of our automated Hetero Cavity® system are custom designed right in National Molding's facilities.

3-D CAD Systems are then used to generate a 3-D model of the Hetero Cavity® tooling assisting our engineers in the simultaneous engineering of each custom part.

Utilizing the 3-D CAD systems specifications, master craftsman employ EDM machines to produce the mold tooling ensuring high quality tooling quickly, efficiently and very economical.
